When Natasha is urgently called into work, Romesh is left to juggle running the pub and childcare. Lee decides he needs Rom's help breaking it off with Julie and somehow Charlie goes missing.
Romesh clashes with pub bully Dirty Harry, and Julie dares to introduce cocktails on to the bar menu. Meanwhile, Natasha sucks Lemon into her new juicing diet.
Romesh announces a special curry night with a fantastic local chef in a bid to rival David Foster, who has started serving up posh hipster food at his pub. However, his plans go up in smoke when he entrusts Lemon to do the cooking.
Natasha borrows a dog so the family can experience having a pet. Romesh hears that the brewery have a mystery shopper visiting pubs. Natasha needs Romesh to accompany her to a company meal.
A broken pool cue prompts Romesh to install CCTV, which captures a dark shadow. Natasha and the kids think it is a ghost, Romesh's mum thinks it is her late husband and brings in a monk to cleanse the pub.
Romesh agrees to put Lemon's mum Debbie up in the spare room. In return Lemon installs a brand new television - just in time for the big fight. When Romesh plans a date he finds Debbie's babysitting is unconventional to say the least.
Still not having spoken to the hospital about his test results, Romesh agreed to a 40th Birthday Party and invites old 'friends' from his schooldays. The romance between Romesh's mum and GP goes to the next level.
