Nice episode

Warning: Spoilers
So I'd watch the second episode of this wonderful series and this is good with the guy who's been stalking Frank (kinda) is Microchip. It was kinda a surprise even though it shows at the end of episode one. The story in this one felt kinda rush but still it flow well and the acting is still good. It's well done by the right people so winner for Netflix for bringing back Punisher in the '10s zone.

Score: 9.5/10

The second episode of the punisher and there are still a few more questions than answers, but the plot is developing well. Bernthal is awesome and kick ass.

Karen and Frank relationship?
OnlyTheFinest25 May 2020
So far I'm on the second episode of the punisher and it's good. But I'm a bit confused about Karen and Frank's relationship (if we can even call it that). They got along in Daredevil but I wouldn't say that they were friends, now Karen is acting like she's known frank for a long time, in DD they didn't get to know each other that well but now Karen seems to have feelings for him, which I don't get because in DD she had feelings for Matt and never showed any signs of affection for Frank, at least not in that way. Maybe I'm reading it wrong though, I'll continue watching and see what happens

Building the world needed, an episode at a time ...

The Punisher was not a comic from my childhood. No. My favorite comic book hero back then was Daredevil. It struck me as funny that two of my favorite comic superhero characters ended up thrown together on TV. Ironic, don't you think?

The Punisher as a character, made a first appearance in a Spiderman comic in the mid-seventies. I was in high school by then and was buying more music books than comic books. But ... ... I had no idea that just a few years later I would do what men in my family had been doing since the Revolutionary War, and enlisted in the military. Then, after 15 years in the military, I might rejoin the civilian rat race with attitudes more in line with a Frank Castle. But, hey, that's what was going on with me.

I've not seen these The Punisher shows save for a snippet, here or there. So, being able to enjoy these is quite a pleasure.

This second episode in the series does a better job of adding some layers to the world of Frank Castle. It also adds characters that inhabit Frank Castle's world with him and begins to give those characters some storylines and how they might interact with Castle sooner, or in some cases, later.

This series is very well made with superb production values. The money invested in the series is evident from the outset and is manifest in everything from the costumes, the sets, the stunts, the direction, the scripts, and the acting.

One major aspect of any Superhero show are the stunts. While there may not be any huge Avengers' stunts here, the ones that are part of this production are clear, well done, and believable. That is one of the best parts of practical stunts over cgi stunts.

The Punisher is my favorite comic character so I'll be watching these as long as I stay awake.

The best way to obtain an information.
searchanddestroy-11 July 2019
That's the second episode I watch for this series. I wait to have my own opinion, but I Don't expect too much. Anyway, I like the way the Punisher obtains the information he wants from the Intelligence executive, without torturing him, how he tricks him, to get what he wants. I have never seen this before. very unusual. And he took no risk, the gun was empty anyway.

Two Dead Men

Warning: Spoilers
The show is already pulling the Karen Page card. I guess that means they are not so sure in the Punisher universe they have built and its ability to stand on its own. To be fair, Frank did get the best out of Karen and it was one of the salvaging moments of Season 2 of Daredevil, but this was not a noteworthy second episode of the show.

Slowing down
Leofwine_draca18 February 2022
The second episode slows things down considerably as it begins to build a more complex and wide-ranging plot. Some good detective type moments and Karen Page is a surprisingly welcome presence here.
