This is not a good film. First, let me state that it seems very clear that Dane did not actually run 202 miles in 50 hours. His previously self-published GPS data and time-stamped tweets would lead to the estimation that he ran about 120-140 miles in 50 hours and completed the rest of the "run" by riding in his RV. In the film itself, he appears to try to explain this away (without actually acknowledging it) by repeatedly showing video that purports that his crew repeatedly took him off course, because it was apparently their responsibility to know the course he's running, not his. This apparently is intended to justify all the time spent in the car. Sadly, most of this movie is just an expose of how stupid Dane thinks his crew is, an angsty showing of Dane suffering, and Dane jogging or walking, with a bit of Dane eating food sprinkled in for good measure. I wish I could have back the time that I spent watching it, but perhaps I can prevent other people from making the same mistake.
