A Christmas movie with a military theme as a retired military intelligence officer Caroline, who suffers from PTSD (Jill Wagner) teams up with Russell (Paul Greene, who remains one of the better actors in the made-for-TV world) to find the owner of a WW2 uniform and letter that he finds at a garage sale.
Wager and Greene have great chemistry and their relationship develops as they unravel a series of clues en route to returning the uniform and learning more about the soldier who wore it and the woman he loved: a story of love and sacrifice that was really well executed.
A very emotional film, thanks to very heartfelt and believable performances from Greene and Wagner.
These military-themed Christmas movies don't always hit the spot, but this one certainly did.
