Full Moon and Student Teacher was an awful way to start season 4 of the series. As Full Moon was marked the beginning of Principal Wartz' flanderization to a corrupted official that assigns unfair punishment in a state of outburst by starting with Arnold as his first victim. He was even worse in the episodes "Principal Simmons" and "Suspended". Student Teacher was no better either as it a rehash of "Olga Comes Home", for starters it was marked the beginning to the downfall of Hey Arnold due to the episode concentrating on Helga for the first time instead not to mention Helga got more screen time.
