Probably not the best way of making the point, but an interesting film

This apparently is a peace movement film, though if you watch it, you might have a hard time seeing that is its point. That's because there's no dialog and the film consists of some early shots of peace marchers and shots of cemeteries, though there also appears to be some seemingly irrelevant shots scattered throughout the film in between. It really was not a clear message. In addition, very softly you hear some American Indians chanting. Personally, I think the message of peace could have probably been made in a much better and more direct manner. Perhaps some different imagery or narration or something else might have gotten the point across better. Or perhaps some interviews with people in the movement or who have been effected by war might have helped make this film something special.

It's a decent enough film and I of course agree that war is stupid. It's just too bad that evil and unreasoning people don't believe in peace and without everyone embracing it, it seems like it's just a nice idea that will probably never occur (such as if it somehow started raining jelly donuts). I sure wish the movement luck but think they don't recognize human nature for what it is. However, these last comments really have no bearing on the quality of the film and are just my two cents worth.
