Good idea having a blind photographer. His photos are invaluable in solving the case.

The idea of a blind photographer is just insulting. Smelling someone's diabetes is kind of interesting, but it's childish to suggest that a blind person would be some kind of genius as a photographer. Deaf painter yes. Blind musician yes. Mute novelist yes. Take being a musician for instance. I am a flutist. I have to hear the tempo, I have to hear my intonation. I have to hear my tone production, etc. In an orchestra I have to see the indications of the conductor. I have to see the music. As a soloist sight might not be necessary, but hearing is absolutely necessary. Isn't it insulting to suggest that a photographer could focus on his subject even with his eyes closed? Or that he could just point and shoot? I'm not saying that someone wouldn't buy the picture by the blind photographer. If I were rich I could buy something and brag about how enlightened I was. Still, just incredible. A nice little yarn, though, if you suspend disbelief.
