Love the evil knievel vibes but I am somewhat at a loss as to why a stunt car show in jeopardy turned into a foundation job. Still some cool stunt car moves.

Warning: Spoilers
Episode 5 of KNIGHT RIDER features Michael and KITT heading to a stunt show, where the usual wealthy bad guy (a banker rather than a landowner here) is trying to drive the good guys out of business. Inevitably KITT ends up taking part in a few stunts himself in some well-shot '80s action set-pieces which fulfil the required action elements of the story. It's hardly memorable, more of a likable time-waster with David Hasselhoff on charming form.

Michael Knight has been sent by Devon to investigate a corporate raider who causes business problems for firms that he intends to buy up cheaply.
His next target is a motor vehicle stunts show, a family outfit which is successful because of its daring stunts, however they seem to be running into a few accidents thanks to the goons sent by the corporate raider. Michael Knight investigates by becoming a stunt driver.
This episode is tailor made for KITT who has been kitted out with some livery changes and he could literally do the stunts on auto pilot. It is an average episode, at least KITT can pump some oxygen when required.
