This is a more comic episode with Dempsey and Makepeace pretending to be a couple from LA looking for some fun and excitement. They are trying to infiltrate a bare knuckle fight. I think there's a touch of Moonlighting influence, and overall not too bad, though I prefer the more action-packed ones.

Dempsey comes across a severely injured man with fake £10 notes.
The man was a prize fighter and Spikings is interested in breaking up counterfeit money gang.
Dempsey and Makepeace pose as tourists from Las Vegas to infiltrate the world of bare knuckle boxing.
Meanwhile Spikings is suffering. His wife's car has been stolen.
A tongue in cheek comedic episode. I think it was meant to cover up just how nonsensical the main plot was.
Dempsey's cover gets blown when people ask him for whereabouts in Vegas he is from. He acts like he has never been to Vegas before.
I think the production team had fun. It was obviously freezing when the episode was filmed. A nice sight gas has Spikings is shivering and a gloved hand is shown of another police officer.
