The Crane Mutiny (#6.5)

Warning: Spoilers
Lilith want to get married and Frasier is upset as he didn't have many women in his life. Cliff and Norm play a joke by making him believe that Rebecca is into him and it gets Frasier into lots of trouble because he wants to break up with Lilith to go after Rebecca and as he realizes Rebecca doesn't even know who he is it is too late since Lilith already knows. At the end he still proposes to her.

Finally a Frasier episode! I was just about to complain that I don't see enough of him on this season And Frasier/Lilith episodes are always the best. He is absolutely hilarious in this one. Him interacting with Rebecca were some wonderful scenes.

Frasier In Heat

Warning: Spoilers
This is one of the most under-rated episodes of Season Six, in my humble opinion, as Norm and Cliff- for no reason whatsoever- dupe Frasier into believing that Rebecca is in love with him. This of course leads to Frasier ending his relationship with Lilith in order to pursue Rebecca. There's something hilarious about watching Frasier race around- panicked and confused- trying to woo Rebecca while placating Lilith.

There's a goofy subplot about Sam and Carla defacing Rebecca's picture, but I didn't find it funny in the slightest. Frasier being forced to "break up" with Rebecca while Lilith watches is hilarious, and probably the moment NBC execs started thinking about giving Kelsey Grammar his own show. And the fact that all this silliness leads up to Frasier proposing marriage makes this episode a classic.

Frazier Star Power

Kelsey Grammer certainly shows his chops in this one. With the loss of Diane, we need some spark. The guys trick him into going after Rebecca. He proceeds to make a total ass of himself. It's hilarious.
