Norm's favorite restaurant Hungry Heifer that is basically a second home to him outside of Cheers is supposed to be demolished. He is depressed but then he decides to do something against it and succeeds by making the place immune to demolitions. Only the owner doesn't respond as positively to it as Norm thought he would.
It had some great scenes. One of them would be Norm's conversation with Sid Nelson with the great line where sees shows concern about what he does to people's bodies, like Norm's. And the little prisoner presentation Sam did that ended up getting him into prison. But the stories are not too exciting.
