Season 7 isn't very good. But the early seasons callbacks, are a welcome addition to a script that was going nowhere last year. Some characters I hated, begin to grow on me, while others I looked forward to, each episodes. Are becoming dull and unimportant. I also like how the season seem to put an emphasis on the rescue team's background, more. In this one for example, Aussie lifeguards come to California to compete with the « American » crew. And even though Baywatch is the further you could get from reality, it was a good reminder of how healthier society was. Different people competed, only with respect and didn't threaten to sue each other, for something that might have been misinterpreted. The « girls vs boys » mini feud in particular, was funny and good-natured. Yeah...
