Warning: Spoilers
With all these friends, who needs enemies. They all deserved to die, not just the one guy, should feel no guilt.

Amid nocturnal conflagration salvation.

When I got hammered and my recreational explosives set a boat on fire, I didn't meet super sexy yaz mean lifeguard. Thus California is far superior.

Remarkable episode

Wasn't a big fan of "Baywatch" and have never watched it much, but happened to tune into this episode (in syndication) at the beginning and was struck (and captivated) by the dynamic action, drama, and thought-provoking story line. Also, some striking visuals. (Among other things, the directing and editing seem to be very tight and well-done.)

Yasmine Bleeth's performance as Caroline was surprisingly impressive -- effective, affecting, and touching. And she was absolutely beautiful. You can't help but fall in love with her by the end of the episode. (She even showed up in a dream of mine a few days later.)

Maybe I haven't watched enough of the series, but I was surprised at Gena Lee Nolin's playing the "bad girl" who helps lead Caroline astray during the latter's emotional tribulations.

After seeing this episode, I'm inclined to catch some more, especially from this season.

i find the life saving on this entire series ridiculous
sandcrab2772 January 2021
Obviously the producers, writers and have altered real procedures to satisfy the audiences ... the cardinal rule in life saving is to never lose visual sight of your victim yet you see the clowns diving and totally losing sight of victims during their dives ... the only reason to dive is if the victim has clearly disappeared from the surface otherwise the guards head should be above water at all times ... its rudimentary red cross procedures
