more weak writing in this episode

When the writing is weak like in this episode there are a lot of filler scenes filmed previously for example the vignette of cody and c.j. was shown previously in a different episode and this is what makes the whole show suspect as a candidate for anything other than the trash bin

Meh... filler. A company dumps their waste, Mitch poisoned and recovers, the end. Along with a montage, painting, photo shoots and dolphins.
