So here we are the 6th instalment in the RISE OF THE FOOTSOLDIER franchise and I have to say this is definitely one of the most strongest entries into the franchise yet.
Once again NICK NEVERN returns to the Directors Chair to bring the script written by JASON MAZA & ANDREW LOVEDAY to life (and believe me they done an amazing job with this script) after the cinematic success of his last Footsoldier Film (RISE OF THE FOOTSOLDIER: ORIGINS) there can be no doubt the films work all the time he's in the chair the cinematic touch Nick bring to these films is absolute gold.
The cast of this film have really done an incredible job and the efforts put in to make this another quality masterpiece have definitely paid off with new additions like Anthony Skordi, Ben Wilson, ARRDEE, TARA FITZGERALD & Sadie Frost as well as returning cast Jamie Foreman, Josh Myers, Emily Wyatt, GEORGE RUSSO, Kirsty J Curtis & Tom Pedley Every member of cast & crew have done an outstanding job.
There are some other surprise returning cast members but SEE THE FILM TO FIND OUT
The soundtrack to this film is insane once again like with the other films in the franchise we have bangers from FRANKIE GOES TO HOLLYWOOD, LYNYRD SKYNYRD, ROXETTE, SOFT CELL & A FLOCK OF SEAGULLS
AND NOW ONTO THE LEADING LEGEND HIMSELF
CRAIG FAIRBRASS once again gives a 110% performance as Pat Tate and is certainly an actor made for the big screen we need to see more of this actor grace the cinema screens and also more of this genre of film, but anyway exploring a slightly softer side to the character of Pat Tate actually starts to make the character more likeable some fans will like it some won't but me personally put CRAIG FAIRBRASS in any film then you know it's gonna be an absolute banger.
So to conclude should you go and see RISE OF THE FOOTSOLDIER: VENGEANCE Yes, Yes & Yes again BRITISH INDEPENDENT FILMS need all the support they can get right now and trust me when I say this is by far the best film in the franchise yet, don't think about it BOOK YOUR CINEMA TICKETS, STREAM IT WHEN ITS AVAILABLE & GET HOLD OF THE DVD/BLU-RAY when it's out you gonna wanna keep watching this one on repeat and I hope it wins plenty of awards too, once again well done to all involved.
