Jim Jarmusch's 2021 short film is unique, atmospheric and a treat for the eyes. A waiter watches strange events unfold after a party, and offers water from France to the people who are lingering in the dining hall. The film has a lush, colorful look and soundtrack. That alone makes it worth the watch. But it tells a fascinating, original story, unparalleled by any other short. Jim Jarmusch is a great director, and his talent truly shines through here.
