This is really a movie that lives from the mood and the pace it is setting. The latter being really a slow one. And I say this as neutral as it can be said. It is up to you to decide if you are up for something that evolves slowly and that has its emphasis on the characters.
Cinematography is really good and it elevates the whole theme and the vibe of otherworldly stuff that sort of is going on. We have a daughter who has issues .. and we have a father who has problems of his own ... add to that some townfolk who make their lives even more difficult. An interesting ending that is fitting for the type of movie this is and how the story develops ... even if you are dissapointed in one way or another.
