A loser and his girlfriend want to travel abroad, so they eventually steal some magical clothing that allows passports to appear and enough money to get from West Africa to Europe.

The main characters are low-life thieves, but these are our heroes. No guy running a con game allows anyone to place a bet without putting the cash up, anywhere on the globe!
