Startet with really nö expectations. Knowing nothing about the chefs. I did not made to watch more than 5 minutes: two guys who love to hear themselves talk. No explanations. Nothing to learn as nothing is explained. "Why are you putting the meat balls in the sauce?" "Why not!". Aha.... That is just one example. When they put oil in the water for the spaghetti, I hit the stop button. When you want to see a real chef, watch Antonio Carluccio or Gennaro Contaldo. Entertaining and you learn about food and cooking.
