The movie is average with a bland and cookiecutter story structure but Jack Nicholsons absolutely bat-s**t acting. He captivates in the same way Nicolas Cage does. Jack Nicholson is hamming it up and seem to have a good time.
It is absolutely not the worst Sandler film but it's not that great. Put it on when you're drunk, high or hung over.
