I first saw 5 minutes of this movie in 2001 and could never find it until this week. I am happy it was worth the wait. Anthony Hopkins is charles Morse who is on a journey to survive the harsh Alaskan wilderness a blood thirsty bear but can he trust the men he's stranded with. An intelligent man using his "theoretical" knowledge of survival. Alec Baldwin is Bob a big city photogragher that Charles has his suspicions about but cannot survive without. Stephen is a photographers aid and he's working to survive and cannot keep cool. What happens next is a thrilling test of what it means to be a man, what does friendship mean, and what does money do to a man.
