Things continue in the investigation of the helicopter crash. The thing that Harry was concerned about was the safety of the aircraft and the judgment of pilot error. But the military is quite big and complex, so we soon get into a much larger issue of drugs and other factors. Also, when Nikki met the young woman at the scene, she took it upon herself to find out what happened to her. It turns out that her world became darker and more dangerous.
