i'm the kind of guys who would give any film a chance, even remake of a classic like Ben-Hur 1959, I know it's also a remake and there has been so many others too but the Charlton Heston Version directed by William Wyler is a masterpiece of filmmaking and a film that still holds up as pretty damn good from the Technical aspect. this film while not as bad as so many people making out to be is still not close to being good either in fact I think it's a waste of Money and Talent (Jack Huston) who is probably one of the few elements that worked in this movie, this is why i'm giving it my lowest rating 5/10. i hope Hollywood learns a long overdue lesson with this commercial disaster and stop ruining every great movie they ever made, don't remake foreign movies too.
