The Simpsons: Lisa Goes Gaga (2012)
Season 23, Episode 22
1/10
It's like I'm watching a Lady Gaga commercial and it isn't a good episode I'm afraid.

Warning: Spoilers
"Lisa Goes Gaga" is too weird and different for a Simpsons episode. What actually annoyed me was the fact that the news and even the newspapers in my country were keep telling us that Lady Gaga was going to appear on a Simpsons episode and it got tedious. Personally I'm not a Gaga fan, but I have found some of her songs alright but even though the song Poker-Face annoys me these days. And after watching this episode it was a pity that Lady Gaga had to appear on all the sequences and everyone saw her as a goddess!

It's true! You will be seeing much of her in the whole episode and it becomes so overrated to see her appearing in almost every situation especially when she's about helping Lisa. Some of the jokes never really made sense or worked well. But I seriously would like to ask the writers why on Earth did you guys have to put Lady Gaga on the whole episode?

OK but Lady Gaga isn't the only problem here, the Lisa plot didn't really felt like a good presentation. I just didn't think the idea of the teachers making a list of the most and the least popular students was a creative idea. And of course Lisa became the least popular student and it just makes me disappointed that it only makes Lisa look bad without further help or better support instead of Gaga herself.

It is without a doubt one of the Worst Episodes Ever made. This episode never really worked well. It concentrates too much on Gaga and the whole episode is just annoying and absurd on a bad way.

Is it recommended? Not really. Skip this episode.
