First off, I never would have seen this movie if I wasn't required to at work. It was shown as a teen movie program at the library I work at. I had a really enjoyable time watching it though. Sure, the script was written by a 12 year old (or at least played like it did), you could see the "twist" coming from a mile a way, and the acting was on par with those of a porno, but it was still a very enjoyable movie. The dance scenes were incredible. I couldn't imagine being able to move my body the way they could but really wished I could have. The main characters Luke and Moose aren't completely awful at acting. Natalie was fine too to be honest. I don't see any Oscars in their future, but with dance moves like theirs, who needs it? I'm not a dancer myself and I haven't seen the other two Step Up movies, but if it's anything like this one, I may need to netflix them. I left wanting to dance and that's probably the best you can hope for with a dance movie.
