Wanted is one of those fast, furious action movies that catches you off guard every chance it gets.
It starts off with James McAvoy playing Wesley Gibson as a bumbling nobody walking through his daily existence as someone who doesn't know the core of who he is. By the end of the film, he is a violent, magnetic presence that you can't take your eyes off. You'll truly understand why he is "The Man".
Every second is riveting... from the training scenes in which Wesley gets the crack beat out of him by the Cook to Angelina Jolie showing him the ropes in a series of awesome assassin training missions. In particular, there's one funny scene where he's recuperating in a vat of molding and sputters, "I feel good!" that had the audience in hysterics.
In all honesty, this movie is symbolizes what all action movies should be. Fun, HOT, testosterone-fueled... PLUS you get to see that sweet little bum bum of Angelina Jolie's! What's not to love about this movie? Let's hope it scores at least a $125-150 million coup Doe' tat at the box office!
