after watching the first episode I was thinking HM okay this could be cool. but after the second episode I kinda had it already. the story is nice but I'm getting sick of the American influence, the story takes place in japan.
but it looks more like a ghetto story with swords! the only fun part of this show is, Samuel L. Jackson as the ninja. he has some funny lines but I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. another drawback is the style it is drawn in. I really really hate it. afro samurai looks hideous and he looks even more ugly as a child!
conclusion: its OK if you can see through the ugly drawing style & like the American ghetto-ish background.
