When I was young I used to like this Nikelodeon cartoon series regularly. It is basically about a nine-year-old football headed kid named Arnold, and every episode revolved around either him with best friend, tall-headed black Gerald, or his friends, neighbours or family. But his real involvement was having good advice for these other characters. These friends, neighbours and family included Helga who was mean to him, but secretly loved him, Stinky, Harold, Sid, Phoebe, Rhonda, Eugene, Curly, Olga, Grandma and Grampa and many more. Every episode had a moral message for both characters and the audience, and it is quite a breath of fresh air compared to other "life" cartoons, like Arthur for example (which I don't watch). Good!
