Promises a lot, delivers little. 5/10

The Whole Nine Yards combines a quirky, arguably workable script with a dynamite cast. The blend of comedy & suspense makes for fair screenplay. However, much of it's dark, slapstick humor may be considered in poor taste depending on the expectations of the audience.

The product doesn't quite live up to the promise inherent in such a strong, capable cast. The fact that the film is co-produced by Willis and brother, and a swag of product placements leads me to believe this may have been little more than a money spinner for Willis & Co.

Only worth a look for the easily entertained. 5/10
