Super cute movie, predictable and funny. All actors actually.had great chemistry and the story line was good. Great job at casting and bringing the book to a movie.

It has been a long while since we saw Ben gift us with his amazing acting skills. This may be really displays how much we need an Uncle Ben in our lives as kids - he truly nailed absolutely every scene and I wished he had more screen time. How amazing this guy really is in this career that has picked him now pair that with George Clooney directing ... it's a gorgeous movie. Yes towards the end is a bit slower but still fits ideally. Congratulations on the acting.. superb actors!

You can see the tension and forced acting from Winger, great actress - better chemistry with Travolta. Gere - hands down stole all the scenes, deserved at minimum a nomination. And holy moly... he was GORGEOUS!!! LGJ was exceptional and well deserved of the Oscar.

Livia Soprano role - actress nailed her role and resembled her. The story line had potential ... I mean they had James Gandolfini's son for crying out loud! Not the same writing as a Soprano episode cause it was lacking. It's ok as a mobster movie - awful for a Soprano movie.

What a story! Rewatching this and I just realized that she takes the job as a guard to let him live his life. Oh my how tragic - she never said she was illiterate. How he treats her at the meeting was heartbreaking yet he was so excited to set her up. What a moving scene when he goes to her cell. I must read the book. Acting is incredibly delivered - no one else could've delivered the scenes so wonderfully as those casted. Wow.
