My Name Is Bruce (2007)
"horse gives birth to two-headed foal!"
Out of 10...
-1 for the pathetic (even for the slapstick genre) scenes w/ monster (it'd be "-2" without the "heat lightning" scene w/ hand).
-2 for a weak acting of frontmans (it doesn't apply to Ted Raimi and the ladies; it'd be "-3" without the "not me" scene w/ bowl).
-1,5 for a sharp drop of temp in the last dozen minutes (nurse Kasey could definitely help; she brings by herself extra +0,5 for the film).
Overall that's 6.
I sincerely thank Mark Verheiden.
Ash vs Evil Dead: The Mettle of Man (2018)
"Descansa en paz", Dead End
Paradoxically, the best about this parodic episode is that it's the last one.
Besides, it was nice to see Bruce Campbell's 1st dramatic acting, though the meltdown was clearly unfounded.
So, if Sam Raimi lets someone to answer the remaining questions from his original trilogy, we get only more unanswered questions & the Dead End (instead of Evil Dead).
Now there's only 1 way - Evil Dead 4. My favorite... Yes, it's already come, and they didn't recognize it. It's like Richard Donner's Superman II: short, but authentic, genuine, solid & hard as a rock - "join us!" with Maestro Raimi & Co' "El Jefe" (A.K.A. "Ash vs Evil Dead").
P.S. Little Lori was 3 times better than "Kandar".
Ash vs Evil Dead: Judgement Day (2018)
"taste good"
It was nice to see & hear Katrina Hobbs again.
Arielle Carver-O'Neill's finally shown the 2nd (a real one) move of Slashy Jr.
-Lucy Lawless = -1/3 of the show, even though it's called "ASH...". Let's see how the rest part will pass away...

Ash vs Evil Dead: Twist and Shout (2018)
"All hell has broken loose!"
From the 1st phrase I realized it's gonna be a masterpiece from the proven "Evil Dead" director Mark Beesley. Bravo to all involved!

Ash vs Evil Dead: Tales from the Rift (2018)
"Burns, doesn't it?"
The rating of this episode is somewhere between 9 & 10, due to lack of humor & Brandy's limited role. However:
Arielle Carver-O'Neill played a lovely daughter, who treated her Dad to his 1st toasted pastry.
Lucy Lawless & Dana Delorenzo showed a wonderful actresses' interaction, not only an entertaining catfight.
Finally, as expected, Ashy Slashy handled that 'sticky' "demon sp..." on his own groovy way.
Ash vs Evil Dead: Baby Proof (2018)
Hot tamale!
The director of the previous episode (Daniel Nettheim) outshot himself & made this one even better: everyone can see clearly the hell of job of the crew & the cast.
Samantha Young (as blondie Natalie) showed the 3rd great appearance.
Looks like, Dana DeLorenzo well affected Arielle Carver-O'Neill, who showed a very good acting.
Special thanks to the little kids & the parents of those young talents.
Bruce Campbell acted groovy, just as in "Army of Darkness".
Overall, including humor, is 10 out of 10.
Ash vs Evil Dead: Unfinished Business (2018)
"Warm & mushy"
As I assumed earlier, it turned out to be the most exciting episode of the season for now. It contains almost everything you want from this show.
Lucy Lawless, Bruce Campbell, Lee Majors & some others showed an excellent acting.
Ash vs Evil Dead: Apparently Dead (2018)
Nice episode in the style of classic "Evil Dead"
"F...g hell" beginning, a suspenseful middle & the juicy end. However, the word "end" doesn't seems to be appropriate for this episode: there's a big events right ahead...
Ash vs Evil Dead: Booth Three (2018)
100 % hardcore
What else do you need to know? Explosive start, magnificent middle (with Ms. Rebecca Prevett), grand final with the clinic & feeding scenes. Full set. The job of the episodic cast is impressive as always - there's no bad actresses or actors in this show.
Ash vs Evil Dead (2015)
Never-ending fest for your eyes & ears (unless some deadite tear it out!)
That's what the high-end on-screen product is.
Of course, the brand's slash-hardcore & humor doesn't dominate in every episode, but the job of every single member of the crew & cast (even in cases of an appearance for a few seconds) is always exellent.
Warner Bros. & DC really should take a master-class from the Raimi Bros. & Co (Bruce Campbell, Lucy Lawless etc.).
To get the full output from this masterpiece it's strictly recommended to watch before it these classical legends: 1) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0083907/ ; 2) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0092991/ ; 3) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0106308/
The Death of Stalin (2017)
The film about past & future (!) of the Evil Empire
It's no wonder, why it was banned by the Kremlin.
Some inexactnesses & old good english humor couldn't dilute a well-shown picture of the great terror.
For those, who still don't know about the great terror, homo sovieticus etc., a viewing of this film is a good first step.
