Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace (1999)
Flawed but positive start to the prequels
The visuals are stunning and were groundbreaking back in 99.
Too much politics for some people but I found it realistic and engaging.
It has its problems but the good stuff outweighs the bad stuff.
All the Maul scenes are great. Mcgregor is great choice as Kenobi and then dual at then end is flat out stunning - even now it holds up and is better than anything in the new Disney flicks!
Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith (2005)
Brilliant conclusion to the prequel triology
Underrated but very good conclusion to the prequels. A major jump up in quality.
Links up episode 3 to the original films perfectly.
The battle scenes, the lightsaver duals - Anakin versus Kenobi, Windu versus Sidious and Yoda versus Sidious are all awesome.
A must watch.
Kolchak: The Night Stalker (1974)

Battlestar Galactica (2004)
Knocked it out of the park!
Being a fan of the original I wasn't sure about this going in. Turns out, is a brilliant reboot.
Shows EVERYONE how it should be done!

Overall a very good film
Pánico en el Transiberiano (1972)
Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee at their best!
This is great 70s horror!
Feels like a Hammer film.
Horror with a little humor done perfectly.
The Mummy (2017)
It was ok
There were parts I really enjoyed and then some not so much.
Could have been so much more.

Transformers: The Last Knight (2017)
This franchise died along time ago.
Just watch the cut scenes from the games. Far better storytelling!
Star Trek: Discovery (2017)
Surprisingly Good
Wasn't sure what to expect.
Is surprisingly good although it feels like an alternative universe.
Visuals are great with some good acting.
Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens (2015)
Rehash
A cheesy and not that good reboot of the originals.
Even in the worst of the prequels there was a strong story with scenes that you could watch again and again. Not so in this one.

Exceeded expectations. Is a good, fun film.
Thor: Ragnarok (2017)
Fun and trippy
Very fun and trippy. Reminded me alot of Flash Gordon.
Too much humor though throughout even in the serious scenes.
Odins arc should have been better
Captain America: Civil War (2016)
Is as good as the trailers suggest
Perhaps the best Marvel film.
Cap and Tony both make you feel for their cause.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016)
Underrated
Loved the dark and different tone.
Affleck is great as Batman.
Will age well.
