I don't know what's not to like about this show. It's cute, informative and not preachy. I figured it would all be only organic blah blah blah, but it's not. She lets us know what foods are better organic and which are the same. She also sheds light on other things like cooking oils, grains and chocolate. My kids adores this show and asked immediately if we could go get Romaine lettuce and Watercress which of course is a hard yes. They also said they really would like to try dark chocolate which they now have and loved. This show is all about making good choices, eating like we used to before everything went processed. There is nothing about dieting or other fad crap that's out there. I really hope there is a second season.

Does anyone believe that any of these shows like these are actual pure science? If you don't want something that is at least 50% entertainment then watch PBS. Shows like this are scripted and the drama is obviously staged, but who cares? I love this show because it's cheesy and fun. A number of reviewers on here give Jess a hard time for being so sure everything is paranormal. What I find stranger is how Phil could still be skeptical after all of the things they encounter. If all the things that happen to them while "investigating" were real then any rational human would be terrified. This is good fun entertainment. Enjoy it for what it is, not for what you want it to be.

People are reviewing this like it's supposed to be a high budget sci fi flick. This is an Ayslum made for tv disaster movie and it's a pretty darn good one at that. These should be treated with the same mindset as a Hallmark Christmas movie, not Avatar. I really didn't think the acting or the writing were that bad either. At the start I thought the dad was going to be truly awful, but he came into his own by the end. Someone else mentioned the daughter in their review and honestly at the end I thought she did a great job. My only problem is the cover of the movie has the Space Needle on it and it takes place in California.

This movie is absolutely awful. I turned off a movie about a giant demon moose because it was bad, just to try this. The moose movie was better. You can tell from the first five minutes that it's not going to be good. The writing and acting are terrible. Reeves interactions with his kids seem fake. I should have turned it off then, but I endured for 30 more minutes of torture before hitting exit. Reeves and Roth have gems. This is not one of them.
