Gay Morning America (1983)
What a trip down memory lane!
I remember watching this show Saturday mornings with my grandma when I was little right before the Lawrence Welk Show came on. It was the highlight of our week! The commercials really enhanced the show and made it what it was. There really isnt anything around today that really compares nowadays except for that Tires show on Netflix. How genius is it to have a show that's just one long commercial? Genius! You can tell it had a strong influence on the creators of that show. Such a shame it ended after season 3, I was really bummed. But that's what happens to good shows nowadays, amirite?!?!?!?!
Norm Macdonald: Me Doing Standup (2011)
Norm MacDonald never disappoints
This show is a classic, I've watched it several times and laugh just as hard. Only things my husband and I want to know though is... what is Norm on during this performance? He touches his face and mouth soooo many times... hope whatever it was, was good! You rock Norm! Xoxo.
Doctor Sleep (2019)
If you get it you'll agree...
...mike Flanagan GETS IT. He feels it. Few people can translate this well from an original tale within a tale within a tale. YOU certainly can't!
If your heart doesn't beat to the soundtrack, and you don't feel those happy goosebumps several times during the film, then, history is lost on you.
After seeing this movie, you may have an awakening of sorts... and see the world's periphery in a new light...with details you may not have noticed before. At least that's what I hope for every person who gets a chance to enjoy this truly unique and amazing cinematic experience!
