The Ronn Lucas Show (1990)
Ronn Lucas is a comic genius!
This one-man show is brilliant! He's performed for the Queen of England, the President of the United States and more. If you can find one of his shows I highly reccomend seeing it because he is THE best ventriliquist ever. He also performs in Las Vegas so the next time you take a trip to Sin City check out his show - it's well worth it. His puppets are incredible; he moves them with such life-like expressions and personalities that they will astound you! Ronn Lucas is one of the funniest men in show business today and continues to have excellent material year after year. He appeals to all ages young and old. While his show is clean enough for the kiddies it's relevant enough not to put the grown-ups to sleep. This is definetly not your average "Barney Live" puppet show. If you want some fantastic entertainment find Ronn Lucas and his crazy gang of puppets!
Girls Club (2002)
This was a terrific show with positive, realistic role models for women.
Girl's Club was a terrific, realistic law drama/sitcom which had three dynamic main characters. The girls of Girl's Club are three friends that went to law school together and are working at the same male-controlled reputable law firm. This takes place in San Francisco, and from what I know being a legal secretary it is pretty true to form. In the third episode the girls realize they have to put up with a lot of man made rules in their lives and begin to make their own rules and change their lives for the better. This is a great series with serious potential. One of David E. Kelly's finest works.
