Full House - A warm and funny series that makes the child in you feel home
7 September 2022
The series is funny, warm and close to heart. You fall in love with the characters. It makes appeals to the child in you. Out of the 8 seasons, first five seasons are really good (9 stars out of10). Season 6 is okay (7 out of 10). Season 7 and 8 are bad (4 out of 10) which is why I have given 7. Basically the series lose its charm once Uncle Jesse's twins are born.

From season 6, it feels like the writers have gone out of content.

But the first 5 seasons are really good and funny - A rare English series without the woke craps. And since the target audience is children every episode has a moral lesson to teach and all the problems are resolved in the end of the episode.

Never too old to watch this
5 August 2022
I am twenty two and still love this show and it is still funny. I love the story line , the show has kept its charm till the last episode. It is refreshing and new and not repetitive. The chemistry between the characters is really good like a real family. Selena Gomez steals the show even though all the actors have performed really well.

Relatable engaging comedy whodunnit!
10 July 2022
This show provides an old school whodunnit mystery series. The story is lighthearted and entertaining. It narrates the story without the usual cliché features of popular murder mysteries these days have.

Martin, Steve and Selena form a perfect trio with a good chemistry. There characters are very relatable. Though the show is advertised as a comedy, the characters are portrayed in a very realistic way with naturalistic acting.

Overall it is a very entertaining, relatable light hearted mystery series.

Entertaining but a missed opportunity
8 July 2022
The Merits: Throughout the movie I laughed, it was entertaining. There were no cringe moments. The stellar performances of the whole cast and their chemistry on screen and of course Chris Hemsworth's charisma keeps us hooked to our seats.

The demerits: However, the script does not do justice to Hemsworth's character. Ragnarok made us aware of Thor as a great superhero even without his hammer and Infinity war made him an indispensable part (second only to Iron Man) of the avengers for his courage and rage to fight against the evil supervillians. Sadly LOVE AND THUNDER portrays him as a charismatic dude who gives inspirational talks like the ones on TED talks.

He somehow overshadowed by the weapons - Mjolnir, Stormbreaker, Zeus' thunderbolt and his own electricity. It is a missed opportunity to take forward his arc from Endgame. Thor did not reinvent himself and has a long way to go.

The movie seems to be made for kids below 12.

I sincerely hope the makers comeback with a solid script that deserves Chris Hemsworth as Thor and rest of the characters next time.

Disaster execution of a weak script
26 June 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Script The first half of the movie is pretty much the trailer along with forced comedy. Kukkoo (Varun Dhawan) is leading an unsuccessful career as a bouncer in a bar while Naina (Kiara Advani) is highly successful soon to be CEO of a company. The reasons for divorce between Kukkoo and Naina is not convincing enough and hence the rivalry between the couple seems fake. This makes the movie unbearable at many points.

Kukkoo's father (Anil Kapoor) is a selfish opportunist who is in love with another woman. Ginny, Kukkoo's sister is getting married to a well settled guy while she is actually in love with someone else (Varun Sood) who is struggling with his career as a musician.

The climax is the worst part in the script where every things become alright magically. The rivalry between kukkoo and naina is resolved when kukkoo proposes to her again by writing on his abs!!!

The performances : Anil Kapoor does his part very well. From faking a heart attack to convincing his family members with his lies, his character is the only one which is well written. Neethu Singh also plays her part very well and makes audience sympathize with her even though the character is not well made.

Varun Dhawan's performance makes his weak character even worse. Kiara Advani (who gave good performance in shershaah , BB2 etc) is ALSO OVERACTING. There is a scene in the second half where kukkoo and naina fight and KIARA LAUGHS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SERIOUS SCENE AND COVERS HER FACE AND EXPECTS THE VIEWERS TO BELIEVE THAT SHE IS CRYING. The makers could have edited it. But they don't. This is what makes it MOST IRRITATING - MINIMUM EFFORTS IS NOT TAKEN BY THE MAKERS.

This is why WE FEEL BOLLYWOOD AND STARKIDS TAKE THEMSELVES FOR GRANTED AND EXPECTS US TO WATCH THE POOR QUALITY MOVIES THEY MAKE WITHOUT ANY EFFORTS

A BAD SCRIPT IS EXECUTED IN DISASTER WAY.
