Olivia Newton-John: Hopelessly Devoted to You (2018)
She deserves so much better
They literally crammed everything they possibly could into this biopic. They just jump from moment to moment in her career, each moments gets all of 2 minutes before they jump to the next one, and you get no real sense of who she is, how she became show she is, how all of this affected her. I would have much rather had a Netflix 10 episode series where you could really dig deep into Olivia. Really disappointing. She deserves so much better.
Entertaining Christmas (2018)
Jodie deserves better
Jodie Sweetin is a very likable actress and I've always rooted for her but she deserves better than this drivel. She is charming and endearing in the film but the plot is so silly, it's like who cares if she can't make a pancake lol and why is this sexy single reporter so interested in proving she can't? Jodie needs to just let Candace Cameron do these awful Hallmark movies.
It's Christmas, Eve (2018)
Dull
Always into a good cheesy Christmas movie but they should not have Leann Rimes in them. She is just so dull and displays no emotion in any of her scenes. She clearly is bored out of her mind and has zero chemistry with the lead actor. Skip this one.
Wedding of Dreams (2018)
Terrible
Wow. This movie was clearly made to boost Debbie Gibsons ego. Typical Hallmark movie cheesiness but the entire script is basically everyone saying how amazing of a singer she is and what a superstar she is and how the music world needs her back. However, her voice is TERRIBLE. I was always a fan of Debbie back in the day and even remember her on Broadway belting her little hear out. Her voice is grown thin, nasally and tired and it's hilarious to watch everyone in awe of her talent in this film. Best acting ever from the supporting cast. lol. What a waste of time.
She Cried No (1996)
impressive performances
If anyone ever doubted the acting abilities of Candace Cameron and Mark Paul Gosselear then you should see this film and watch them give intense, riveting, and honest performances about a college freshman( candace) who gets raped by the stud on campus (mark-paul) Cameron is so believable as Melissa that you feel the pain right there with her, and Gosselear is probably one of the best Jerks on screen. He is fantastic and makes you hate him. Jenna Von Oy of Blossom is also wonderful as Melissa's roommate. A seriuous tv movie about rape handled very well and tastefully that will certainly make some people think.
