A Documentary with a Big Oil Agenda
13 July 2021
Instead of transitioning to green energy, which still requires fossil fuels,Big Oil wants us to do absolutely nothing. Just keep using as much oil as possible. Don't conserve any of our finite resources. Don't create any sustainable infrastructure that isn't dependent on massive oil distribution. They don't want anyone to have energy independence. They don't want anyone to be self-sustainable.

This is a documentary, not US military Propaganda.
12 June 2021
This is about a home-grown terrorist that was trained by the US military. This is about an African American man who felt society did not respect him because of his race or sexual identity. This is about a kid who was neglected and found someone that showed him love.

Americans never want to analyze themselves or admit their faults. All the reviewers complaining are those Americans that would rather ignore America's faults than understand them and try to repair them.

The military knew this guy might have tried to murder his fellow soldiers and they released him to the public, and somehow he was able to get his hands on guns and kill more people. Until America addresses it's flaws HONESTLY, terrorism like this will continue to happen.

Who needs the 1619 Project when we have docs like this?
13 May 2021
Show this to the kids. This is what Republicans are afraid of teaching in schools. The true history of colonialism and white supremacy in America and throughout the world.

HBO breaking into crappy reality shows? NO THANKS.
29 April 2021
Here we have another plastic person pretending to be a CEO.

She got her start on a Martha Stewart reality show, then years later had her own poorly rated reality show.

Because of that poorly rated reality show, HBO thought she deserved another one?

STOP SUBSIDIZING GARBAGE REALITY SHOWS AND REALITY SHOW HOSTS THE PUBLIC HATES.

Make high quality documentaries and TV shows and movies and stop diluting the culture with worthless self-promotional crap like this.

Stowaway (I) (2021)
This movie is too dumb, I can't believe it was made.
23 April 2021
Warning: Spoilers
The idea that a stowaway could get into space is ridiculous.

The idea that their oxygen system would fail and they wouldn't be able to repair it or replace it is ridiculous.

The idea that they would allow the stowaway to live and risk their lives and the mission is ridiculous.

This movie is a disgrace to space travel and the willingness of astronauts to sacrifice themselves for the success of the mission.

You should only watch the trailer and laugh at how incredibly stupid all of it is from start to finish and save yourself 2 hours of your precious time here on Earth.

Sasquatch (2021)
3/10
I guess Netflix didn't want to buy this?
23 April 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Another boring Hulu true crime mystery documentary that goes nowhere, repeats itself constantly, and leaves you unfulfilled.

Frankly I don't care about no Sasquatch, the people that believe in it are just are ridiculous as the people who think they were abducted by aliens. They're not right in the head, and it's obvious. If you put a bunch of conspiracy theorists in the same room they all think the other ones are nuts... yet none of them are self-aware enough to realize their ideas are nuts too.

Throughout the doc, I don't even think there was any evidence presented that these people were murdered in a way that looked like an animal did it.

Like with most paranormal docu-dramas, you'll leave feeling dumber for having watching it.

If you want to learn about the Emerald Triangle and murders there and be more entertained and informed, watch Netflix's far superior Murder Mountain (2018).

Positive Energy! You got it!
10 April 2021
Brody Stevens is not well known, but he should have been.

This should have been what propelled him to stardom, but unfortunately Brody was never able to obtain the money and fame many of his comedian friends in this doc attained, which seemed to bother him.

This documentary may highlight some of the reasons why (mental issues, leading to relationship issues and drug use) he was not able to achieve the same notoriety, but it also documents how funny and sweet he was.

Because of this documentary, we can always look back and remember the legend that is Brody Stevens, even if he is omitted from Comedy Store documentaries...

RIP BRODY. POSITIVE ENERGY!

America in Color (2017– )
10/10
It's like PBS American Experience - but more condensed and with color.
25 July 2020
The color really brings the times to life. I wouldn't listen to those complaining about the quality of the color, it's better than black and white.
