The Way of the Gun (2000)
I Enjoyed It
i enjoyed the movie.. - christopher mcquarrie did a great job directing, and writing this movie.. much like "the usual suspects", which he wrote and it was put out in 1995.. - i thought a lot of the actors stepped it up a notch, too.. especially ryan phillippe, who impressed me.. - the opening sequence, without giving any thing away.. is great.. - cinematographer dick pope did an amazing job, as the film had a very nice visual context to it.. - i think people whom are interested in giving this movie a shot should follow through.. as if you enjoyed the trailer or similar movies, than you'll like it..
Go (1999)
Great movie!
An awesome, exhilarating story of a drug deal gone bad. A great soundtrack, fantastic characters and great cinematography makes this film a keeper!
Evolver (1995)
Great sci-fi fun!
I thought this movie was entertaining and for the most part kept my full attention. There is a lot of computer talk, so if computers aren't your thing then you might search elsewhere. Basically, a kid whose excellence at virtual reality games grants him a free robot named "Evolver". Well, Evolver goes nuts and starts killing people. The story is fun to follow, with characters that are easy to follow and interesting. For the most part, cheesy dialogue but that is expected. Enjoyable little sci-fi gem, check it out!
The Incredible Torture Show (1976)
Sick, disturbing and fantastic!
Yes this movie is grotesque, disturbing and should be illegal. And, I loved every moment of it! Sardu, a sick pervert runs a "off, off Broadway" show that features women being mutilated. The crowd thinks it is all just a show, when in all actuality these ladies are actually being killed for their enjoyment. If you like cheap, low budget horror films then this one is a classic which is highly recommend.
Roller Blade (1986)
I loved it, really!
I thought this movie was great! You've got nuns on rollerskates, women, punk rockers and more! If you enjoy low budget films, check this one out... it's worth it.
Chopping Mall (1986)
Good 80's Sci-Fi/Horror
This is one of those 80's films with the cheesy title and box art that draws people like myself to them. A good movie that was thoroughly funny and entertaining with a good splice of sex, action and violence. It's a good movie to watch with friends late on a Friday night for a good laugh.
Howling II: Stirba - Werewolf Bitch (1985)
This movie was terrible!
Hey,
Just wanted to speak my mind for a moment on the Howling 11: Your Sister Is a Werewolf movie. The orginal Howling was a great werewolf movie and the transformation scenes we're great.
However, the second one was incredibly stupid! The entire idea, plot and actual acting stunk. I have not seen the Howling 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 but if they are as bad as part 2 then I won't be watching them, ever!
