- Dracula has various injuries throughout the movie. He is seen swollen from mosquito bites, he stubs his toe, he gets smacked by branches, trees, leaves, and Johnny and his eyes being burnt from the Sun. There is a scene with a flock of piranhas biting him.

- Human Drac and Monster Johnny fall from a very high mountain, but the latter grows wings and saves them both.

- As with previous instalments of the 'Hotel Transylvania' franchise, there are some scenes of slapstick as Dracula continuously gets caught in various mishaps in the jungle whilst in human form.
- When Mavis tries to turn Johnny into a human before he turns into a mindless beast forever, she gets burnt a lot from sunlight which the burns look quite painful.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Everyone tries to save Johnny so he isn't a savage monster forever.
- There's a giant rodent monster at the end of the movie that scares some people and destroys the entire hotel.
