When Gibbs and Fornell are talking in the motel room, Gibbs tosses a wad of tissue on the floor in a gesture of frustration. In a following shot the tissue is nowhere to be seen on the floor between the two beds.
After Gibbs shoots the hit-man Bishop is shown pointing her own sidearm at him for a second, then she bends over and picks up the hit-man's gun and uses it to cover him and also the door when the home owner comes in. However it is total improper procedure for her to be using his weapon, especially when she still has her own; procedure would have been for her to kick the gun away from him so that he couldn't pick it back up (just in case he wasn't dead) and wait for a CSI team to process it. Plus she was touching it without gloves which could contaminate any prints and trace evidence that might be on the gun.
