Little and Large is a show essentially sewn together with multiple different sketches and performances recorded sometimes months apart. However, it is jarring that the first two scenes with Syd and Eddie on stage in suits, introducing sketches, then cuts back to Syd and Eddie on stage wearing jumpers.
The fourth cut back to the stage sees them introducing Squeeze while back in their suits. The final stage sequence sees them in a completely different pair of suits - their third costume change in what is supposed to be one continuous programme.

After Squeeze have performed, Syd mildly fluffs his line of saying he's going to "introduce the next sketch", causing Eddie to playfully mock him.
After Eddie smashes a (fake) bottle over Syd's head, both struggle to keep a straight face, and Syd hams up his reaction to make the audience laugh.
In the documentary sketch, Syd winces a split second before Eddie smashes a (fake) bottle over his head, a giveaway that he of course knew what was about to happen.
Syd is clearly reading from an autocue or cue cards during most of his to-camera pieces as "Jonathan King". However, it's possible that this is deliberate in order to replicate the real thing more closely.
Eddie claims that Maria Whittaker is a guest on the show, holding up a large bra and speaking offstage to what he says is an unseen Maria.
Another episode of the eighth series has Eddie claim that three Page 3 girls are guests, including Maria Whittaker, only for Syd to disbelieve him, claiming "he says this every week" and that it's just a hoax, before said Page 3 girls actually appear.
What makes this a contradictory development is that the instance of Eddie proving Syd wrong and bringing on the actual Maria Whittaker occurred BEFORE this episode - in Episode #8.1 (1988).
