Oakfoot: [seeing the dog whistle in Chief Fire Hydrant's back pocket] There it is! The dog whistle I was telling you about!
Jacob Scribble: Allow me.
[He blows into the whistle but no sound comes out. However, Oakfoot covers his ears in pain and groans]
Jacob Scribble: That wasn't loud. I didn't hear a thing.
Oakfoot: That's because you're not a dog. It's pitched too high for the average ear.
