A spectacular tribute to music
The most memorable, fascinating, glorious tribute to musicians ever put together on a single video. Might not be U2's most inspired single neither was a massive hit but it
is, without a doubt, one of their most incredible videos of all time and one that set off many emotions on me ever since its release.
Here's a massive compilation of singers, musicians and bands all put together performing their acts on music videos or historical concerts or TV appearances, comprehending many decades of musical history. The list of artists presented is pure awesomeness, just check the credits present on the page. The band praises music and musicians over several years, influences on their work or not. What matters is the legacy everyone of those artists left in the world to many different generations.
As for U2, they appear as audience members of some unknown and invisible artists performing. They play extras in their own video in quick appearances as they blend in with the crowd.
Excellent editing and combination of images, that at times makes it look as if names like Sinatra, Cobain, Mercury and many others appear to be singing "Window in the Skies". Pretty outstanding! 10/10.
