“Bridgerton” Season 3 is off to a steamy hot start.
The third season of the Shondaland period drama drew 45.1 million views over its first four days of availability, according to Netflix, easily finishing first on the streamer’s Global Top 10 list. Take that, Tom Brady roast.
It was the biggest week — by quite a bit — for any series on Netflix since the streamer changed its core metric from hours viewed to views in mid-June 2023.
The first four “Bridgerton” Season 3 episodes reached number 1 in 78 countries and the Top 10 in 92, Netflix said. The next four episodes premiere on June 13; try not to obsess over the big cliffhanger between now and then.
The third season of “Bridgerton” also brought the first two back to (some semblance of) their former glory. “Bridgerton” Seasons 1 and 2 both returned to Netflix’s Top 10 TV (in any language) list in the week ahead of Season 3. They did even better during Season 3’s premiere week.

Ufotable’s Demon Slayer may have a lot of defining moments that make the anime series one of the best of all time, but a major part of the credit for the success of the series should ideally go to the voice actors of Demon Slayer, who managed to capture the emotions of intense characters like Tanjiro, Nezuko, Rengoku, Zenitsu, etc.
Nezuko and Tanjiro in Demon Slayer | Ufotable
Voicing such prominent characters can be difficult as they often end up in dire situations, and the entire focus is on them. Therefore, even a small mistake can affect the character and the voice actor’s image. Be it Japanese dubbing or any other language, the stress on the voice is similar for every voice artist who is working on the series.

Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc has only just begun, and it is already setting the stage for an otherwise emotional and gut-wrenching journey ahead. While the first episode wasn’t the best of what the show and Ufotable have offered before, it certainly wasn’t a weak start. Comparing that to the latest episode, things get serious firsthand.

With all the Hashira busy training the Demon Slayer Corps and improving themselves, the task falls on Tanjiro’s shoulders to convince Giyu to also take part in it. One of the main reasons why Demon Slayer became such a big phenomenon among anime and manga fans was the series’ ability to impact the emotional chords of the viewers. While the animations, the characters, and the storyline are great, the main element that helped the series achieve success was its heartfelt moment.
Demon Slayer Mugen Train
Since the first episode was released in 2019, the series has been an emotional rollercoaster ride. Many fans believe that the most emotional part of the entire series was from the Mugen Train arc, which was developed into a movie called Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba—The Movie: Mugen Train. The movie was such a big success that it was the highest-grossing film of 2020.
In an interview, the voice actor of Tanjiro, Natsuki Hanae revealed his first reaction after watching the final animation of the movie and what he thought of the first Demon Slayer movie as a whole.

Eiichiro Oda’s magnum opus One Piece stands as a monumental figure in the anime and manga industry for featuring a rich and captivating story with vibrant characters with a mysterious past. It has been 27 years since the first chapter of the Shonen series which was published in 1997, none has managed to find it.
Monkey D. Luffy in One Piece
Even though none of the pirates could come close to finding the overzealous treasure, a number of fan theories have surfaced regarding the ultimate treasure or the series’ plot and its character. This one fan theory for Oda-Sensei’s Shonen series follows how Monkey D. Luffy’s father was the former Admiral Shiroryu.

After becoming renowned in the manga world, Mangaka Koyoharu Gotouge sensei’s Demon Slayer went on to conquer the anime world as well through its anime adaptation of the same name. There is something to appreciate when horror deviates from the typical slice and dice. Sometimes it involves demonic possessions (Exorcist), blood-thirsty sharks (Jaws), killer dolls (Child’s Play) or even a shape-shifting organism (The Thing). The horror genre has constantly evolved over-time but today we’re going to go totally left field and have a matchup for the ages between the originator and the emulator. One that involves the book of the dead and deadites while the other brings blood-hungry demons, mystical daggers, and roundhouse loving magicians. Yes, it’s all there with plenty to chew on, and there are no qualms about it, well sort of. We have in our Horror Movie Rip-off ring, 1990’s Demon Wind directed by Charles Philip Moore (get it Here) and 1987’s Evil Dead II directed by Sam Raimi (get that one Here). Did Demon Wind rip a page right out of Evil Dead’s Necronomicon for their own,...

Madame Web was one of the most anticipated movies of 2024. There were a lot of expectations from the movie, especially after knowing that it might be connected to Spider-Man’s timeline. But after the first day, the film received a mediocre response from the audience, something which was reflected in the box office results of the movie as well.
On the other hand, Demon Slayer: The Roar of Victory came out two weeks before Madame Web and has been doing a great job at the box office. Even though both of them follow different genres, it is fair to say that Tanjiro and his friends have surpassed Dakota Johnson’s first titular role as a superhero. In simpler words, Madame Web is lagging behind The Roar of Victory.

It’s unfortunately that time again when the drama we’ve been eagerly watching for weeks together is over for good. 16 episodes of goodness always feels like less when we’re watching the show as it’s airing; however, for those who patiently wait for those 8 weeks, it’s a time to rejoice because they can finally binge-watch the whole series in one sitting. No, really, give a K-drama fan one night, some Buldak Ramyeon, coffee, and a bed along with a Netflix subscription, and they won’t bother you for the next 20 hours. My Demon has been one of those guilty-pleasure K-dramas that is obviously more about the fun than the deep plot lines that we’ll probably have forgotten with the next show anyway. It’s filled with cute scenes and lots of love, and it felt like the perfect show to take us from 2023 to 2024. I will definitely miss it,...
