The Masked Singer Season 11 Judges’ Net Worth (Photo Credit – Instagram)
Fox TV’s The Masked Singer is a unique reality singing show where celebs compete against one another, but there is a fun twist. While performing, they wear fancy costumes and face masks to conceal their identities. The singing reality series is back with its Season 11, and the first episode premiered earlier this month. There had been a change in the judges’ panel this year as fan favorite Nicole Scherzinger did not return alongside Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg, and Robin Thicke. Rita Ora has taken her place.
The fans were initially upset and worried about Nicole’s exit from the show. But it was later reported that Nicole was busy with the revival of Andrew Llyod Webber’s Sunset Boulevard in London’s West End. It began in September, which coincided with the reality show’s filming. As a result,...

Inspired by E.L. James‘ novels of the same name, the Fifty Shades of Grey film franchise caused some controversy with their steamy storylines.
Centered around the dramatic romance between Dakota Johnson‘s Anastasia Steele and Jamie Dornan‘s Christian Grey, the series kicked off in 2015 and concluded three years later with Fifty Shades Freed.
They remain some of the top-grossing R-rated movies of all time, and they feature an appropriately talented (and wealthy) cast of actors.
We got a little curious and decided to do some digging and looked at the estimated net worth of the biggest celebrities to appear in the movies and ranked them. You might be surprised when you see who comes in first place with an estimated net worth of $150 million!

E.L. James' original "Fifty Shades of Grey" trilogy is undoubtedly the most successful piece of fanfiction ever published. James turned the teen-friendly romance between Bella Swan and Edward Cullen in Stephenie Meyer's wildly popular "Twilight" franchise into an erotic reverie explored by the mysterious (and quite wealthy) entrepreneur Christian Grey and college journalist Kate Kavanaugh. It was a Bdsm gateway drug that opened up a healthy portal for kink-curious young adults. You didn't have to feel like a freak for wanting to do what conservative society deemed freaky.
Was it good literature? Does it matter? James' novels have sold hundreds of millions of copies and been translated into 52 different languages. They are adored by people who never knew they wanted to see Bella and Edward engage in consensual sadomasochism. I am happy they have these stories in their lives. What matters, at least when it comes to my bailiwick,...

Jamie Dornan "hid" in the country after reviews for 'Fifty Shades of Grey' came out.The 41-year-old actor faced "ridicule" for the first time in his career when the first film in the erotic rom-com franchise - which was based on the books by E. L. James - hit screens in 2015, and he decided to keep a low profile and not read anything. He told Radio 4's 'Desert Island Discs': "I think I hid."I am coming off the back of career-altering reviews for 'The Fall' to just ridicule, almost."The flick's director, Sam Taylor-Johnson, 56, and her actor husband, Aaron, 33, let Dornan and his family stay at their country abode. He continued: "They let us have their place in the country and we sort of hid there for a while and just shut ourselves from the world a bit and then sort of came out the other side.

Jamie Dornan has hit out at film critics’ “snobbery”. The ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ star, 41, has spent much of his time being derided as a “model-turned-actor” and his turn as kink-obsessed billionaire Christian Grey in the ‘Fifty Shades’ franchise earned him his first Golden Raspberry award for Worst Actor in 2015, with film writers constantly slating his performance in the trio of movies. Jamie has now told the new issue of Radio Times magazine: “I knew there was going to be a lot of hostility about the project because there was a lot of hostility around the books, and a lot of it is literary snobbery. People like to (criticise)… very successful things: if you have something that’s hugely successful and sold as many copies as those books did, while critics didn’t like them. “Oxbridge-educated critics who think they are the most important people in the world… I’m somebody who seeks out challenges.

The Fifty Shades of Grey franchise took the world by storm with its erotic storytelling of the whirlwind romance between Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele. These movies earned over 1.3 billion worldwide, so it’s no surprise that studios would be willing to consider rebooting the franchise. These movies were based on the best-selling novels of the same name by E.L. James. Although these films were not critically acclaimed, fans loved the tale and eagerly watched each instalment until the final movie, Fifty Shades Freed. With reboots of franchises like Batman, Harry Potter, and Twilight in the works, a Fifty Shades...

In hindsight, it’s her songs with Oscar-winning music producer Mark Ronson that have marked hugely transitional moments in the career of international pop sensation Dua Lipa. The road toward their most recent collaboration together, “Dance the Night,” the first single off the “Barbie” soundtrack that set the tone for the film’s record-breaking, billion dollar box office run, happens to start at the very beginning of her career in 2015.
“My first ever song that I ever put out, ‘New Love,’ I’d written with Andrew Wyatt and Emile Haynie,” Lipa said in a recent Zoom conversation with IndieWire. Wyatt, Ronson’s eventual co-composer on “Barbie,” later introduced her to the “Uptown Funk” hitmaker around the time he’d formed Silk City, his electronic supergroup with fellow platinum-selling producer Diplo. “He was looking for an artist to write with for ‘Electricity,’ and felt like he wanted something or someone with a deeper,...

Exclusive: Blue Fox Entertainment announced it has acquired worldwide rights and will be launching sales on the sci-fi thriller Site at the upcoming American Film Market in November. The gripping and thought-provoking film is written and directed by the award-winning Jason Eric Perlman, who was recently named #4 in LA Weekly’s “Top 10 Entertainment Professionals to Watch in 2023.” His debut feature Threshold was released by Sony Pictures after a decorated festival run in 2017.
Blue Fox Entertainment is handling worldwide sales and will preview first look footage of the film for buyers at the upcoming American Film Market (AFM). Blue Fox Entertainment’s US distribution division is planning a theatrical release for the film.
The film stars Jake McLaughlin, Arielle Kebbel, Theo Rossi, and Miki Ishikawa, and Yoson An.
In Site, Neil (Jake McLaughlin) experiences an inexplicable time distortion in an abandoned military test site while inspecting it with his business partner Garrison (Theo Rossi). Soon, Neil is having repeated traumatic flashes back to a WWII prison camp in China called Unit 731, which somehow holds the thread to his own unraveling present. Neil begins to realize that the past lives and events in this place of unspeakable brutality seem to mirror his own trauma with his son Wiley and his wife Elena (Arielle Kebbel). Desperate for answers, Neil enlists Naomi (Miki Ishikawa) to help him find the facility’s last surviving scientist. Ultimately, Neil awakens to a new redemptive responsibility, both within his own family and the greater society around him.
Site is produced by publicist and entrepreneur Benjamin Cooke, Sundance alum, Kelly Hayes, international businesswoman, Yvonne Supangkat, and Jason Eric Perlman.
Blue Fox Entertainment’s James Huntsman said, “Audiences are hungry for high quality science fiction thrillers, which have been scarce in the market recently. With Site, Jason and his talented cast and crew have created an exciting journey that has something relevant to say beneath the surface of the film.”
Director Jason Eric Perlman said, “We are thrilled to have this film beginning its journey in the viewing world. In this time of such unthinkable conflicts I believe it’s vital that creativity explores the interconnectedness of mankind, as well as the atrocities we are capable of inflicting upon one another. Site is intent upon doing both, but with the philosophical imperative that if we ignore history, or the darkness within each of us, we are doomed to repeat the same traumas over and over.
It has been an honor to work with our incredibly talented cast in bringing this story to life, and their commitment to the material elevates it to a remarkable plane. Our visionary crew is also to be credited with what I believe we’ve achieved. The cinematography of Eunah Lee and the brilliant production design of Gabor Norman were integral in the telling of this story to full potential. We are excited to team now with Blue Fox in launching this film into the world.”...

The Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy grossed $1.3 billion worldwide but each film was absolutely trashed by critics, and that’s something Jamie Dornan knew was coming.
While speaking with Josh Horowitz on the Happy Sad Confused podcast, Jamie Dornan discussed taking on the role of Bdsm-loving businessman Christian Grey for Fifty Shades of Grey. Dornan originally lost out on the role to Charlie Hunnam, but when Hunnam had to drop out due to his commitments to Sons of Anarchy, Dornan was brought back.
“When I didn’t get it, I felt a bit of relief because I knew that guy is going to get wrecked here,” Dornan said. “He maybe felt the same… suddenly there I was, but with way less time to make a decision. Prior to 2015, Dakota Johnson’s career had consisted of mostly minor roles in films, along with a starring role in a short-lived sitcom — nothing that won her much attention or acclaim. That all changed when, seemingly against type, Johnson was cast as Anastasia Steele in the film adaptation of the controversial blockbuster book by E.L. James. Fifty Shades of Grey, along with sequels Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed, suddenly turned Johnson into one of Hollywood’s top rising stars. Speaking at the time of the final film’s release, Johnson said she would always be grateful for the films and the character James had created. The author of the Fifty Shades franchise Erika Mitchell, better known by her pen name E.L. James, has said that she remains confounded by the success of the books and films.
The British author wrote the erotic romance trilogy “Fifty Shades of Grey,” “Fifty Shades Darker” and “Fifty Shades Freed,” which together sold some 165 million copies, and companion novels “Grey: Fifty Shades of Grey as Told by Christian,” “Darker: Fifty Shades Darker as Told by Christian” and “Freed: Fifty Shades Freed as Told by Christian.”
The trilogy was also made into films, which together grossed more than $1 billion, on which Mitchell served as a producer.

Max’s first full month without ‘HBO’ in its rebranded title has a selection that kicks off summer 2023 in fine fashion. Three of the four iterations of “A Star Is Born,” including the most recent remake starring Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga, are streaming on Max in June. The 1954 and 1976 films land June 1, while the 2018 version arrives June 8.
To prepare for Margot Robbie’s performance in “Barbie” come July, one could watch one of her more intense roles as Tonya Harding in “I, Tonya” (2017). For some lighter summer watches, viewers might consider “Dolphin Tale” (2010), “Grease” (1978), “Hairspray” (2007) or “Tooth Fairy” (2010).
“Magic Mike’s Last Dance” (2023) starring Channing Tatum and Salma Hayek Pinault lands at Max after its theatrical release in February this year. Another major theatrical release from 2022, “Avatar: The Way of Water” (2022), swims onto the streamer starting June 7.

The Masked Singer Season 9 is almost halfway finished, and the competition is heating up with multiple talented vocalists. Medusa nearly went home in the first group, but the judges chose to save her with the Ding Dong Keep It On bell. As a result, she’ll compete in the quarterfinals in a few weeks. That gives The Masked Singer fans plenty of time to speculate on Medusa’s identity — and there have been quite a few guesses so far. Here are the best ones, ranked from most to least likely to be correct.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever has finally ended the box office blues. It will be a close call, but based on the estimates, the year’s biggest opener remains Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness with its 187 million start. Nonetheless, Wakanda Forever’s 180 million opening is a huge one, being the biggest ever for the month of November (beating the 158 million of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire), the second biggest of the year, and the 13th biggest of all time (though it could go up or down a few slots once the actuals come out). It led an overall weekend box office of 208 million, which is the fourth biggest of the year and the biggest by a long shot of the past four months, with no other weekend since July 8-10 even going above 133 million.
This isn’t the 202 million opening that we saw from Black Panther in February 2018, nor...

Dakota Johnson is setting the record straight about her time on the set of the Fifty Shades of Grey movies which were adapted from E.L. James Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy of books. The first film debuted in 2015 followed by the second film Fifty Shades Darker in 2017, and Fifty Shades Freed in 2018. Johnson, plays Anastasia Steele alongside Jamie Dornan as Christian Grey.
The actress spoke with Vanity Fair and reflected on her time shooting the series and butting heads with James who commanded full creative control that squashed any ideas or input.
“She had a lot of creative control, all day, every day, and she just demanded that certain things happen,” the actress said of the author, who was also one of the film’s producers. “There were parts of the books that just wouldn’t work in a movie, like the inner monologue, which was at times incredibly cheesy.

Anastasia Steele actor describes constant disagreements on the set of the hit erotic thriller due to disagreements with Fifty Shades author El James
Dakota Johnson has described the making of the hit erotic drama Fifty Shades of Grey as “crazy” and that she “signed up to do a very different version of the film [she] ended up making”.
Johnson, who is currently appearing in award-winning indie comedy Cha Cha Real Smooth and about to release an adaptation of the Jane Austen novel Persuasion, spoke to Vanity Fair about Fifty Shades of Grey, in which she starred opposite Jamie Dornan as Christian Grey in a 2015 film version of El James’ best selling novel directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson. Two further films, Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed, were released in 2017 and 2018 respectively, with James Foley replacing Taylor-Johnson as director and over which James was given what has been described as “unprecedented control”.

Dakota Johnson is now “Fifty Shades Freed” about details from her breakout trilogy.
Johnson, who skyrocketed to fame after starring opposite Jamie Dornan in 2015’s “Fifty Shades of Grey” and its subsequent two sequels, revealed that she “signed up to do a very different version of the film we ended up making.”
“I’m a sexual person, and when I’m interested in something, I want to know so much about it,” Johnson told Vanity Fair. “That’s why I did those big naked movies.”
Johnson auditioned for the film by reading a monologue from Ingmar Bergman’s “Persona” and at first thought the adaptations of E.L. James’ “Twilight” fan-fiction novels would be “really special” to bring to the big screen. Yet James, the studio, and the directors were a “combo” of the issues on set.

Jamie Dornan was in lockdown with his family when he received a fan letter that was more than a little creepy. The star of the “Fifty Shades of Grey” movies was sent “a collage of photographs of a kid,” with a note about his most famous role.
“Someone saying that it was my kid, and my wife should know that I have this kid who’s 7 years old,” Dornan, 38, says over a Zoom call. He squints to absorb the weirdness of this allegation. “I think they were trying to say that the kid was mine and Dakota Johnson’s, and we’d had this baby while we made the first ‘Fifty Shades’ movie,” Dornan says. “It piqued our interest, let’s say. It was a bit freaky.”
Dornan learned all about freaky things when he suited up as Christian Grey, the sexually adventurous businessman based on the E.L. James books that became a cultural phenomenon.

Will mankind ever learn? Going by the re-entry of a Christmas movie into the Netflix Top 10 most-watched films list before we’ve even had Halloween, I’m thinking no.
2018’s holiday animation The Grinch, which starred Benedict Cumberbatch as the title character, is back in the Netflix Top 10, currently sitting as the tenth most-watched movie on the global charts. The film had previously enjoyed a spot on the prestigious list in July (more than once), August and now September. At this point, it feels like an ongoing saga.
If I could put a positive spin on this, I guess viewers are going in the right direction? September is closer to Christmas than August, and August closer than July. At this rate, The Grinch will finally make the Top 10 in a festive month.

A trailer has been released for all of the wonderful delights that Netflix has in store for us next month, and with the global pandemic lockdown not looking like it’ll be lifted any time soon (regardless of the demands of selfish idiots), streaming services seem like they’ll continue to be essential.
In these trying times, a great deal of comedy is always welcome, and the available titles offer just that…
Space Force is a satirical workplace comedy riffing on Trump’s ludicrous desire to militarize space.
Season 2 of Dead to Me continues the black comedy about two women who meet in a group grief counseling session, one of whom was responsible for the death of the other’s husband.
The Lovebirds is a romcom about a couple who become embroiled in a murder mystery and endure a series of surreal encounters to clear their names.
A special interactive episode of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt,...

Following the massive success of the “Fifty Shades of Grey” trilogy, Universal and author E. L. James are reteaming on the scribe’s next novel as the studio has optioned the rights to “The Mister,” James’ 2019 best-selling romance.
Rights for the book, which recently hit the market, sparked a heated bidding war. James, who produced every film in the “Fifty Shades” trilogy, returns to produce this adaptation, which tells the story of a wealthy British aristocrat who falls in love with his Albanian housekeeper, unaware that she is on the run from human traffickers.
“The Mister” was on the New York Times Best Seller list for nine weeks and has sold in 33 territories/languages internationally.
Before her elevation to chairman of Universal Filmed Entertainment Group last year, then-chairman of Universal Pictures Donna Langley was pivotal to securing the “Fifty Shades” book series in 2012. Langley and Universal beat out almost every...

“Peanut Butter Falcon” and “Fifty Shades Freed” star Dakota Johnson has made her directorial debut with Coldplay’s music video for a doo-wop rendition of “Cry Cry Cry” off their latest album Everyday Life.
The video, for which Johnson collaborated with director Cory Bailey, was filmed in London’s Rivoli Ballroom and premieres today.
Johnson and Coldplay front-man Chris Martin have been dating since 2017, though the relationship has remained largely private.
Johnson most recently had a cameo in Sundance contender and music mockumentary “The Nowhere Inn,” in which she played herself and also starred in 2019’s “The Peanut Butter Falcon.”
The star went viral late last year, grabbing headlines for calling out Ellen DeGeneres’s bluff for not attending her birthday party in a painfully awkward interview on the talk show.
“Cry Cry Cry” was choreographed by Celia Rowlson-Hall, known for her inventive and modern choreography work on HBO’s...

Updated, 10:33 Am: Sony’s Peter Rabbit 2 is jumping away from its Feb. 7 release date to April 3, which is nine days before Easter. MGM’s 007 film No Time to Die will own the Easter frame. On the upside, with spring breaks the advance runway before Bond is an advantage for Peter Rabbit 2, as it plays to a younger crowd. However, per Comscore, the April 3-5 period is crowded with Warner Bros. claiming an untitled release during that time, Paramount’s Issa Rae and Kumail Nanjiani movie The Lovebirds, and finally Fox/Marvel’s much delayed The New Mutants. Sony has the Kevin Hart drama Fatherhood on April 3.
Previously, May 4, 2018: Peter Rabbit scored plenty of lettuce for Sony Pictures this year, and now the studio wants more. Sony said late this afternoon that it has greenlighted Peter Rabbit 2, which will be hopping in on February 7, 2020, nearly two years to...
