Solid main story with Gordon trying to find leverage against the corrupt Commissioner Loeb--though it does go out on the edge of plausibility and dance a reckless jig at times. The subplots are more of a mixed bag, with the Bruce/Alfred story getting too little focus, and Fish Mooney's ongoing saga at an organ farm getting way, way, way too much.
It's not that I dislike the Mooney arc, but there should be more of a balance here, especially with Bruce's story since, you know, it's kinda his origin and all.
At this point I think the season's endgame should be clearer, but I just don't see those pieces being moved into place yet.
