However, exact character details are currently being kept under wraps, but sources say Buscemi will play the new principal of Nevermore Academy, reports Variety.
A few details are available about the new season of ‘Wednesday’, aside from the fact Jenna Ortega will return as the titular Addams Family daughter going through her teenage years. Since 1992, the TV academy has honored the work of voice actors almost annually, beginning with half a dozen cast members from “The Simpsons.” From 2014 onward, the Best Voice-Over Performance award has been bestowed separately from the Best Narrator one, with the inaugural recipient of the former prize having been Harry Shearer of “The Simpsons.” This year’s lineup features seven nominees, including one former winner and two posthumous contenders.
Maya Rudolph, who took this award in 2020 and 2021 for “Big Mouth,” is now seeking her third win for the same show. She is involved in her second consecutive rematches with Julie Andrews (“Bridgerton”), Stanley Tucci (“Central Park”) and Jessica Walter (“Archer”), the last of whom is on her second post-death bid in a row. The remaining three slots are filled by category newcomers F. Murray Abraham (“Moon Knight”) and “What If…?” duo Chadwick Boseman (who died in August 2020) and Jeffrey Wright.

Great character actors go unsung no longer. For the second year running the Carney Awards are recognizing the performers whose faces we know from well-remembered bit parts in films and television but who rarely get the awards recognition typically reserved for leads. This year will honor Steve Buscemi, known most recently for his work on “Park Bench With Steve Buscemi” and “Boardwalk Empire,” but who has played memorable character parts since the ’80s in films including the Coen Brothers’ original iteration of “Fargo,” their “The Big Lebowski,” and Quentin Tarantino’s “Reservoir Dogs.” Also on the list of honorees this year is 2016 Emmy nominee Jonathan Banks, who found mainstream fame after starring as Mike Ehrmantraut on “Breaking Bad” and now the spin-off of the acclaimed series, “Better Call Saul.” Apply: ‘The Binding’ Seeks Supporting Players Gary Cole, who in addition to his screen work, has a substantial voiceover career playing...

It was a night of firsts and sweeps.
Find out who won their first Emmys and what shows swept the awards, because we have every single winner from all three Emmy ceremonies below!
Jimmy Kimmel did an awesome job hosting, and even managed to point out all of the annoying gluten free stars in the audience after passing out Pb&J sandwiches his mom made. And he hoped nobody was allergic to nuts!
Congrats to all the winners. How many surprised you by the way things turned out? FX proved that there may be too much television to choose from, but what they're putting out there is of the great variety.
HBO offered up repeats with Game of Thrones and Veep, Keeping The Americans from a Best Drama win, but Rami Malek got the best actor win, even if we were also cheering heartily for Matthew Rhys. And our girl...

So the big Emmys don't air until next Sunday night and at Moviefone we will have, of course, full coverage. But last night the Creative Arts Emmys were handed out, for the people that are largely responsible for making these shows that you absolutely love -- you know, the behind-the-scenes talent tasked with conceptualizing and realizing your favorite programs. Oh -- and some guest actor and actresses awards were handed out, so there's that too!
In the Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series category Uzo Aduba took home the prize for "Orange is the New Black." Since we are, very shamefully, one of a handful of Americans who hasn't seen a single second of "Orange in the New Black," this doesn't mean a whole lot to us, but we are very happy for her! (We promise, we'll watch soon.) For the Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series, the...

The first round of 2014 Emmy Awards were handed out at the Creative Arts Emmys ceremony on Saturday (August 16) night at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. The ceremony, which precedes the Monday, August 25 Primetime Emmy Awards telecast, offered signs of hope for a number of drama and comedy hopefuls. Netflix's "Orange Is The New Black," for example, won Emmys for editing, series casting and for Uzo Aduba, who is considered a guest actress for the purposes of these awards. No other comedy series was able to build any other momentum going into next week's show, with "The Big Bang Bang Theory," "Nurse Jackie," "How I Met Your Mother" and "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" grabbing isolated tech prizes and Jimmy Fallon winning the Guest Actor in a Comedy Series award for the second time in three years for his "Saturday Night Live" hosting duties. The two guest acting awards on the drama side...
