- The opening of the episode shows us a lot of dead bodies with gory wounds in their heads, some are seen in closeup.
- A main character is shot in the back and the bullet goes right through his heart, he is struggling to survive, he makes his way to a grocery store, he creates a trail of blood and we see the gunshot wound, he then eventually dies.
- A man is shot with a shotgun, his body is thrown against the wall and blood sprays, we later see him on the ground with an extremely bloody wound in his chest. Lots of blood spills out. His face has lots of blood dripping down.
