As the first take into the world of short films, this piece was solid. I feel the talent did a wonderful job portraying the emotion that was meant to come across, the shooting was solid, and the music fit the film. There were a couple of scenes where the camera had an uncomfortable position, but I think it was meant to make the viewer uneasy about the situation. I mean seriously, a girl following a homeless man around is definitely an uncomfortable situation! As a parent my first reaction to seeing this film was worry for Cass getting too close to a creepy homeless guy, but at the same time she was confronting him about stealing. I understand why she followed him regarding the locket, but wow, NEVER follow a creepy guy to the roof of a building ALONE! Great job guys, and I look forward to more shorts to come from Mr. Summerfield!
